First Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102, USA tried to claim the domain names presidentpoker.com, president-poker.com, as well as presidentsports.com and presidentsportsbook.com through the National Arbitration Forum. The Diamantclub Ltd., represented by Holger Aulenbach, No. 6 Temple Street, P.O. Box 2372, Antigua St. Johns was forced to file a lawsuit against the President Casinos. The decision of the National Arbitration Forum from the United States of America was denied by the court of Landgericht Frankenthal (Pflalz) in Germany and the sentence of April 6th 2005, file 6 O 372/04 says that the President Casinos are NOT entitled to the transfer of the rights from the domain names mentioned. The pokerroom from President Casinos is now called Saint Louie´s Pokerroom, internet address unknown to us, the name and internet address from sport activities of the President Casinos are unknown to us. We like to express that the president domain names are our own ideas. PresidentPoker´s online facilities will relaunch in agreement with legal regulations. The operating will be secure and transparent to the players and affiliates under continous government control.}

Daraufhin war die Diamantclub Ltd., vertreten durch Herrn Holger Aulenbach, No. 6 Temple Street, P.O. Box 2372, Antigua St. Johns gezwungen worden gegen die President Casinos Klage zu erheben. In finaler Instanz vor dem Landgericht Frankenthal (Pfalz) in Deutschland wurde die Entscheidung des National Arbitration Forums der USA revidiert und im rechtskräftigen Urteil vom 06.04.2005, Aktenzeichen 6 O 372/04 heisst es u.a., dass die President Casinos NICHT berechtigt sind die Übertragung der Rechte an den genannten Domain Namen zu verlangen. Der Pokerraum der President Casinos nennt sich heute Saint Louie´s Pokerroom, die Internetadresse ist uns nicht bekannt. Der Name und die Internetadresse sportlicher Aktivitäten der President Casinos sind uns nicht bekannt. Wir möchten ausdrücklich betonen, dass die President Domain Namen unsere eigenen Ideen sind. President Poker´s online Spiel wird voraussichtlich im Jahre 2009 in Übereinstimmung mit den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und im Interesse der Spieler und Affiliates sicher, transparent und unter ständiger Kontrolle der staatlichen Behörden wieder aufgenommen werden.}
